Standard Chartered Marathon... It was tiring... seriously tiring... Stamina is really needed to be a helper for the baggage segment.. LOL! but we had our share of fun too.. haha... no photos for this event because we were too busy with work during the "peak" hours and too tired by the time the whole event was ending.. hhaha!
went swimming with Peisi, Hwee Miang and Yvonne in the morning.. and then went home to rest for a little while after that before meeting Hwee Miang and Peisi later in the afternoon for shopping at expo... had Burger King for dinner and then headed back to AMK to meet Xiuling.. they all came to my house and we "rested" so that we won't feel so tired during the event, since we had to stay up without sleep the whole night! BUT, we didn't manage to sleep at all.. we girls ended up fooling around and playing in my room.. like little girls.. haha!
left my house around 1am to catch the shuttle bus to Padang from AMK hub... started to feel all this was a chore the moment i got into the shuttle bus.. like i could be enjoying my sleep in my comfy bed.. and yet i choose to be awake, doing all this nonsense.. LOL... but thank god I had good company almost the whole night.. thanks for helping make those hours feel like minutes^^ (:
met the rest of the girls at the war memorial and waited for the registration to get our shirts... tried to kop more shirts and thankfully, i managed too! hahaha! we were so busy when the event kick started at around 4am that time actually passed quite fast.. saw a few familiar faces there too... taxi-ed home with Yvonne and Hwee Miang after the marathon ended and i pigged out till the next day... really bushed.. haha!
