watched red cliff yesterday... the first part is mediocre... because there's a continuation to it! n the continuation is when the real fierce battle begins.. so i reckon the second part will be a good one.. haha... takeshi made red cliff much more bearable to watch than to leave ur seat halfway through... haha! he's hot... matured looking and sexy at his age... wheee.. LOL... speaks fluent english, chinese, jap... oh well... went for badminton at mayflower after the movie... i brought dad, mum, sis, xiaopang, peisi, hm, and tk along... i guess xiaopang hasnt been exercising for quite some time... he was a bit sub standard yest. hah! missed most of the smashes... had fun partnering dad for a couple of doubles game... a pity didnt had the chance to partner xiaopang.. wanted to play against coach n uncle henry partnering xiaopang.. but coach left pretty early... went for dinner after the game and dad treated all of us to dinner.. heheh... aint he great? lol... stayed at the coffee shop and dad was busy telling them stories till it was pretty late... poor ps.. mus have got home quite late....
& oh... a sprained and swollen ankle... i guess i can't train for the coming week.. AGAIN... damm... went to the osteopath and he did some adjustment to my nerve... i totally freaked out when he told me to hold onto my chair.. n i noe y he asked me to do it now.. because if i dint hold on to the chair.. i would most probably have jumped from tt pain.. -.- gotta go back for another treatment on tuesday... hiax... i hope i'll recover soon... speedy recovery like the speed of light.. haha!
