WOOHOO!!! i so cant wait for it... its gonna be soooooo fun =D
as for today... family and relatives all met up at the crematorium today as it's granny's death anniversary... how fast time passes.. its been 10 yrs since my granny with the ever so infectious laughter has left us... i was still a small lil girl when she departed the world... but i'll never forget her smile... and the period where she was battling cancer, the fight she put up with her illness had slowly robbed her of her smile and laughter... its just so heart wrenching.. she may be gone.. but she'll always live in our hearts... i love you teochew ma! =) dad sent me home after lunch cause there's ut tml.. so i came back home to study and oso finish up the proposal for the night logistics camps... staying alone at home when everyone in the family is out shopping is a torture... but for the sake of my A grade.. its worth it! =D
i'm so in the mood for shopping and giving my wardrobe a 180 degrees change... guess u'll see me camping in town during the hols and do crazy shopping till i m drained dry in the wallet... LOL...
on the poignant note... i've been reading the news these few daes about the major calamity happening round the world... its just so heartbreaking to see the pictures and articles on the newspaper... just one disaster and it claims so many lives... thousands of families broken up in an instant... lives of the affected victims all took an immediate change at tt instant... ain't we all really lucky to be alive and kicking.. not needing to be living in moments of fear each day we wake up? the least we could do is be a humanitarian and offer a helping hand... by doing wads within our means... simple acts like donating a small amount of your pocket money is gonna make a different to the lives of these victims... i truly felt the bliss i m enjoying and i'll definately treasure wadeva i have...
