met up with KANSIE LOO during second break in skool todae... she was supposedly coming RP to work... however, due to miscommunication, she came for nth cause work starts tml! LOL.... blur la blur... n i super miss her loads... been sooooo long since i last saw her la! the first thing i did when i saw her was to give her a HUGE TEDDY BEAR HUG!!! lol.... tts how much i miss u gal =) she came to my class to slack and we went to badminton after class... still rmb back in sec skool.. used to play badminton with her frequently together with waihao and the rest.. its been almost a yr since i last played with her till todae... tts realli a long time eh.. haha...


training was TIRING today under PBL as dr loke had something on and cant coach us todae.... WARM UP was running 20 rounds round the badminton hall... u call tt warm up?! LOL... was realli tired and dint have the motivation to run cause i am having very bad cramps the whole dae... but thx to seng hong i managed to complete my run without stopping... usually i'll stop and walk.. but todae.. i COMPLETED WITHOUT WALKING =) thx for motivating and accompanying me throughout the whole course... but dun keep making me laugh la.. tiring u noe.. nonsense ah u.. anihow onli.. LOL... and stop calling urself darryl teoh la... u r TEOH SENG HONG! not DARRYL TEOH.. haha!!!


did alot of footwork todae... although it was very tiring.. but i think its realli gd to train under PBL.. can learn alot from him... he corrected many of my mistakes too =) lent him my hard disk so i guess i'll be slping quite early these 2 daes as i wun have any dramas to watch!! ZZzzz...
