And I thought I was past the age of chasing pop idols, past the age of queuing and shoving in the crowd with other senseless dudes just to catch a glimpse of their "prince charming"... how wrong i was!!! my legs still go jelly at the mention of Lin You Jia!! the champion from the reality show in Taiwan which showcases a group of people who r passionate abt SINGING coming together and vie for tt ultimate spot! have been watching this show for a few months now on SCV... n oh god... whenever You Jia sings!! my leg will go all wobbly and i simply melt! =)
went to bugis with a few others todae after lesson to catch the top 4 as they're in singapore for some promotional campaigns for their new album... we kinda reached there quite early and it was RAINING! =/ so we decided to go to bugis street... went to the cafe at level 2 and guess wad?!!! we saw the 4 of them together with a group of crew in the cafe!!!!! OMG! how lucky can Genevieve Tan Cheng Yen get this yr =P of course, we choose the seat beside them, settled down n ordered our drinks... and the biggest dream in my life came true... LIN YOU JIA actually SMILED and TALKED to me!!! Oh gosh! i almost fainted.. LOL... wanted to take a photo with him for keepsake.. but the sickening manager jus wouldnt allow us to take a pic when he asked her for permission =/ oh well.. managed to get a few snapshots on the sly..! hehe... went over to bugis after our drink and waited for them to arrive... again.. hah! i mus sae i m impressed with their singing! the audio system wasnt tt fantastic.. but they're voices were still great nevertheless... n they realli showed great showmanship and sponteneity =) i realli enjoyed myself tonight hearing them serenade all of us =))
